Returns & Damaged Products
Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card game (TCG) industry, we do not accept returns for sealed products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@caduko.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but please note they are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing cost incurred when the order was placed.
To request a cancellation, email info@caduko.com with the subject line:
“CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]”
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping Information
We currently ship to Countries in Europe. If your country is not available, you may contact us about it.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
